Beautiful area. It's is dry and hot. But has multiple options for swimming either at the resort or in the area. Friendly staff. No microwave in our room. Was great to have food options at the resort.
We enjoy our stay at Eagle Crest each year. The maintenance in the townhouse usually needs to be more thorough, especially the floors. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is a fitness center along with different types of bikes to rent. Several golf courses are available.
Rooms can definitely use a little updating. The staff is very attentive and kind. The resort amenities are awesome too. Pretty neat place to stay at, especially if you want to golf! 3 different courses around the property.
Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. The setup is a little different since there are a few companies that operate within the resort, but aside from that, everything has been fantastic. The rooms are a great size, giving all of us plenty of space to be comfortable. The kiddos loved using the wristbands to access the rooms, and the welcome packet with our name on it was a really nice touch. The resort itself is surprisingly large and offers so much to do. Even though we checked in late, we still had time to visit one of the three sports areas and spend some time at the pool. A great start to our stay!
I don’t know what the other reviewers are complaining about. At the Lodge at Eagle Creek I had a seamless, pleasant check-in experience. Nobody tried to sell me anything, there was no time share sales pitch …or ANY sales pitches whatsoever. The staff were completely professional and checked us in like they would at any other hotel. The rooms were very clean and as-pictured. Our room was in an extremely quiet and peaceful area on the second floor. We felt like we needed to whisper, it was so quiet! The restaurants on the property were great. Booked on Hopper and got a great deal on our room. No complaints!
Beautiful, relaxing, getaway . Golf course is stunning I didn't play but the walk through it was wonderful. Wildlife around dear, geese, mallard ducks, dear and other birds, America bullfrog. The sunrise is gorgeous.
Beautiful resort, it was a great weekend to be here during the heat wave. Of course you’re going to have your Suite quirks. Room lamp wasn’t plugged into it’s according plug and the lamp hand switch was missing. The shower isn’t adjustable and feels like pine needles hitting your face. The spa was closed but completely understandable. Thankfully the bathroom within the room doesn’t have a fan so you kind of get your own steam room that way. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unlimited towels were a nice touch as well. Customer service is as expected and any inquiries brought to staff’s attention was taken care of immediately. Everyone that my family came into contact with was very friendly and helpful in terms of giving directions around the whole resort. I work in the hospitality industry so I was very impressed with how the hotel was running while Oregon is slowly reopening post-COVID-19. I definitely see myself coming back again in due time.
Friendly staff. Breakfast at the Cafe was fantastic - especially on the patio overlooking the 16th green! Resort Course was in incredible condition-it was a very pleasurable stay for sure, and I'll be back!
